For 25 years, Dr. Candace Morello has practiced as an ambulatory care pharmacy specialist treating patient chronic medical conditions. She is the Director of the Diabetes Intense Medical Management C collaborative clinical practicelinic at the VA, a collaborative clinical practice overseen by an endocrinologist where she works alongside other Allied healthcare providers to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.
